Service Description

My one-hour sessions can be in person or online personal training, posing lessons if you are bikini/figure competitor, a stand up paddle board lesson, or a macro coaching session after initial macro setting has taken place. I am at my best when I can connect with you and resonate with your goals! I will customize your training to help you achieve your goals by looking at where you are in your health journey and create a plan that considers your age, experience, and lifestyle so I can effectively meet you where you are and help you achieve results. Building muscle strength, creating lean muscle, improving flexibility and weight loss may be your goal and this would be the place to start. I also provide posing lessons to clients who may have a personal trainer that does not provide that service. I approach this as we are a team to help create a great experience for clients to get to the stage. Macro setting is where I will help you set your caloric intake based on a balanced nutritional profile of protein/carbohydrates/fats to help you achieve your weight loss goal. Macro setting typically takes one hour to discuss in order to come up with the appropriate profile for each individual. Stand up paddle boarding has become a favorite past time and I am excited to add this to my offerings. If you would like to learn how to get the most out of your paddle boarding and make it a true workout, I am certified to help you do just that!
